Parking Alert provides parking-zone information, countdown timers, and alerts to help you avoid parking tickets and tows.
Parking zone data — including time limits — is contributed by the community and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Always read the posted parking signs. Parking Alert is an aid, not a substitute for the actual signage. We are not responsible for any parking ticket, fine, tow, or other cost you may incur. Alerts depend on your device, its permissions, network conditions, and battery state, and may be delayed or fail to arrive.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete My Account.
When you submit zones, photos, verifications, votes, or tow reports, you grant us permission to display that content to other users. Do not submit content that is false, unlawful, or infringes anyone's rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that abuse the service.
The free tier includes a limited number of parking timers. You may watch rewarded ads to earn parking credits, subject to a daily limit. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or refunded, and may be modified or discontinued.
Do not use the app while driving in a manner that is unsafe or unlawful. Do not attempt to interfere with the service, submit automated traffic, or artificially interact with advertisements.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including parking fines, towing charges, or vehicle-related losses arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
